Our body posture and our breath is constantly reflecting what is happening on the inside. So when we turn our attention towards our body and breath, we can become more aware of what is being reflected, and take ownership of our experience. From that awareness, we can try making conscious changes to our breath or the way we hold our body in space. Does it make me feel, think, and relate differently when I make small, conscious adjustments?
