Victoria has spent 25 years teaching people from the ages of 2-75. She understands that we all have individual needs and her kind approach puts you at ease. She involves her knowledge from many modalities into her classes to give her students the opportunity to feel strong in their mind and bodies, giving individual adaptations along the way.
Victoria wants everyone to feel welcome whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. Her clear instructions make everybody and every body feel safe, yet challenged. Victoria’s approach to yoga is all encompassing and she loves finding moments to be playful and creative. She incorporates pranayama, asana, mobility, functional movements and meditation.
Victoria empowers her students to want to dive deeper into their healing and take what they learn on their mats into their daily lives. She believes that we can use our movement practice as an intimate connection to support our physical and mental health.
Victoria has the gift to communicate and make each student feel seen and heard. She specializes in guiding the mature body through a safe movement experience, giving people the tools they need to stay mobile and out of pain.
Victoria loves to teach creative Vinyasa Flows, as well as recovery classes to create a well balanced experience. You can expect to feel accepted, supported and nourished after a class with Victoria.
