A Journey of Vulnerability and Connection
Throughout the week, we will embrace vulnerability as a transformative pathway to healing. With an emphasis on radical self-acceptance, we will engage in practices that encourage authentic expression, including opportunities for nudity in a safe and supportive environment. Shedding the layers of societal judgment, we will reconnect with the pure essence of our bodies, celebrating our natural beauty and honoring the sacredness of our physical selves.
Under the lush canopy of the jungle and beside the ocean’s waves, we will cultivate deep connection practices that foster intimacy – not just with others, but with ourselves. Expect to explore the depths of your being in a way that is both raw and liberating.
Retreat Highlights:
Understanding Sovereign Sexuality: Sov/Sex is a 130 paged course book that creates an outline for a contemplative container to generate an awareness of where we were, where we are, and where we desire to be. We will explore the definition, etymology, and intention behind Sovereign Sexuality, grounding ourselves in the powerful energy of the divine feminine AND masculine within us.
Embodied Learning: Engage in guided sessions focused on the anatomy and physiology of our bodies, recognizing the sacredness of our sexual organs and the energetic centers within. Embrace your body as a sacred container of pleasure and creativity.
Alchemical Movement: Through a variety of movements we will integrate the cognition we develop to be deeply embodied through the powerful connectivity of dance, asana, breathwork and energy practices.
Body Connection: There will be opportunity to shed layers of armor through intentional and safe body connection practices including nudity with affirmations, sensory experiences like sunbathing naked, swimming naked and more. These practices invoke a sense of vulnerability like most have not experienced in our day to day in an environment that is secluded for safety and divine exploration. Disclaimer: No acts of sex acts will be performed during these practices or during the retreat itself.
Releasing and Reflecting: Together, we will practice releasing traumatic experiences and heart blocks, making space for self-acceptance and redefining body image. Through self-reflection and understanding of social conditioning, we will embrace pleasure and let go of repression.
Intimacy and Connection: Explore practical applications for cultivating intimacy and pleasure, fostering deep and lasting connections with yourself and others. Expect to engage in heart-opening practices that allow you to connect deeply, vulnerably, and authentically.
Ceremonial Insight: Our retreat will cultivate a connection to the art of ceremony, getting back to our ancestral roots to express gratitude for our journey and set intentions for our future, honoring the transformative experiences we’ve shared.
