“This training has truly changed EVERYTHING for me. It’s shifted how I look at myself and the things that go on in my mind, it’s shifted how I look at everyone else (like divine beings). It’s given me a confidence I never knew I had and it’s made me feel seen and heard and loved TRULY for who I am for the first time in possibly my whole life. I feel strong, and connected on a level I never could have dreamed of. I came into this not knowing if I wanted to teach, it was a personal journey for me but it’s because of the SUCCESS of the personal journey that I can’t imagine any greater joy or honor than to share yoga with others. THANK YOU!” – Brownwyn

Before moving to Austin, she taught full-time in Colorado, where she managed and taught at multiple studios, led events, and guided corporate wellness classes. Her teaching style is energetic, intelligent, and adaptable, whether she’s leading a fiery Vinyasa session or a breath-centered recovery practice!
As an actress and a lover of improv, she brings creativity and playfulness to every training, making movement fun and accessible! When she’s not on the mat, Jordan can be found on film sets, volunteering with a handful of Austin organizations, or hanging out with her friends or partner and fur babies Lennon and Mink.
“Leaving this training feels like I’m saying goodbye to an old friend looking back at who and where I was when this experience began. A room of strangers from all different walks of life, became a family who I know I could call on for anything. I found my own voice and then some, and never thought I’d be able to articulate and show vulnerability the way I have. My body has undergone transformation, my mind is aware without as much gripping and attachment, and my soul is singing louder than it ever has before.” – Sierra
In this training we’ll explore the many asanas (yoga poses) and how to embody and teach them from a place of functional anatomy. Several yoga styles are practiced and taught to empower you as a student and teacher. Pranayama, breathing techniques, are taught through experience, to fully connect to this powerful life force moving through you. You will build a sustainable meditation practice as we uncover the various benefits of different pranic and meditation techniques in paradise. Acquire knowledge of the energetic bodies including the Chakras and Bandhas, and the power of connection to these pieces of yourself.
There is no requirement for having mastery of any specific yoga pose. The ability to do a headstand, crow pose, etc, are simply not required for yoga teacher training.

How a 3 Week YTT Schedule Works
Whether a desire to teach or simply deepen your practice, this experience will open your wild heart!
One of the biggest joys is the friendships made with others during this experience. And most cherished, is the relationship you build with yourself.
In this Yoga Teacher Training, you’ll Initiate your journey into sharing the gift of yoga, whether it’s in front of a classroom, with friends and family, or more deeply with yourself. Through an exploration of yogic philosophy, asana, pranayama, meditation, teaching skills, chakras, and other essential skills, you will find your authentic voice and self in the seat of the teacher.
In my experience, Yoga Teacher Training changed the entire trajectory of my life! What I thought would be learning the anatomy of Triangle Pose, morphed into a beautiful and sacred journey getting to know myself from a renewed and radically honest perspective. I was able to unpack the layers of my beliefs and strengthen my relationship to self, to others, and to our vast and brilliant Universe!
During our 3 weeks together, we will step onto the mat as a gateway to self-reflection and growth. Many trainees experience life-changing lessons and experiences that allow them to show up more fully as a student of life and a teacher of yoga. My goal is to prepare you for sharing yoga in the way that serves your unique and wild heart. You’ll have many opportunities to apply what you’re learning in a practical way, through teaching and also through everyday life.
By the end, you will be able to teach a full class safely and confidently and show up for yourself and others with more grace and compassion.
The training meets the requirements set by Yoga Alliance for a 200-hour RYT certification. By completing, you will be able to register with YA and seek employment as a full or part-time yoga teacher.
Yoga Teacher Training is highly experiential in nature. You will be working deeply with yourself, closely with individuals, and the group as a whole.
This Training requires that students fully participate in the program. You will be presented with a range of different teaching and learning styles, some of which may be new to you.
While emotional issues can sometimes arise, participants must have the emotional intelligence needed to process, express, and contain experiences appropriately so the container remains a safe and sacred space for all.
**Students are not required to have an “advanced” practice, nor are they required to have mastery of any certain pose.

“This training liberated me! Through different ways, little by little I explored and released some constructive ways of thinking about what it means to be a spiritual teacher. Thank you for your patience as I (and my ego) tested and pushed against the boundaries. The following words are excerpted from the letter that you had us write to ourselves when we began training. On that morning of our last day of training, as I read the words I had written to myself I gasped in awe at the wisdom of myself. What a wonderful gift you have given me through this exercise. I thank you for that. I feel not so much changed by the experience but rather reminded of who I am.” – Marcos
