Dates all year:  Our weekly retreats run Saturday to Saturday.  Every retreat has different guest teachers from around the world who bring unique talents and themes.

Personalize your retreat:  You can do all, some or none of the 10 yoga classes and 2-4 workshops.  We also offer many custom options, excursions and spa services.  These are all optional and will be paid at checkout. This allows you to personalize your week to perfection.

Restorative Yoga & The Art of Not Trying

Learn how doing less may actually be the key to healing. This workshop challenges the belief that effort equals results, and instead, teaches you how to harness rest as medicine.

In today’s fast-paced world, we are conditioned to believe that doing more leads to better results. However, the nervous system thrives on deep rest, not effort. This session begins with a short lecture on the autonomic nervous system, stress patterns, and the healing power of the parasympathetic state. You’ll then be guided through a restorative yoga practice, using props and long-held postures to unwind deeply held tension, shift out of stress mode, and experience profound nervous system relief. Afterwards, you’ll feel lighter, deeply relaxed, and more in tune with your body’s natural rhythms—resting without resistance, rather than striving for stillness. Perfect for anyone experiencing burnout, anxiety, or difficulty letting go.

Breath as Medicine

A transformational breathwork journey to regulate your nervous system, release stored stress, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm of healing.

This transformational breathwork journey will take you through different nervous system states to release stored emotions, trauma, and tension held in the body. Beginning with a short lecture on the vagus nerve, fascia, and the breath’s role in healing, you’ll then move through a guided conscious breath practice designed to first activate the nervous system and unlock deep emotional release, followed by a state of deep relaxation where the body can reset and heal. You’ll emerge feeling unburdened, peaceful, and more connected to yourself—clearing away emotional stagnation and opening the door to clarity and renewal. Ideal for those feeling stuck in their healing process, holding onto stress, or seeking a non-verbal approach to transformation.

The Stillness Portal

Experience deep meditation and Yoga Nidra, allowing your nervous system to fully integrate the retreat’s healing effects and solidify your journey into true rest.

Stillness is a powerful tool for integration and deep nervous system recalibration. This session begins with a brief discussion on the science of Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation technique that brings the body into a state of deep rest while remaining awake. Through progressive relaxation, breath awareness, and subconscious integration, you will emerge feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored. Perfect for those struggling with racing thoughts, stress overload, or difficulty accessing deep relaxation, this session serves as the final portal into stillness, allowing the retreat’s healing effects to fully integrate.

Lola Rephann

Lola Rephann is a compassionate and experienced teacher dedicated to guiding individuals toward freedom from suffering. With over 12 years of teaching experience and more than 5,000 hours across multiple modalities, she integrates life coaching, Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, Thai massage, Reiki, breathwork, and other metaphysical, spiritual, and physical tools to enhance well-being, build self-awareness, and encourage healing and growth. Lola’s eclectic approach is rooted in a deep fascination with the human body-mind-spirit connection, symbolism, nature, cycles, energy, and the unseen. She is motivated by a desire to help all sentient beings find freedom from suffering.

In addition to her teaching, Lola is a practicing bodyworker specializing in Thai Yoga Massage, Myo-Fascial Meridian Release, and Reiki. She has been studying Thai Massage for over eight years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice.

Lola’s passion for creating transformative spaces led her to establish Casa Om Montezuma in Costa Rica, a co-live/co-work community centered around a yoga studio. This sanctuary offers a unique environment for individuals seeking personal growth and healing.

Through her diverse offerings, Lola empowers individuals to explore their inner worlds, harness their innate power, and create their desired reality. Her mission is to guide others on their journey toward self-discovery and transformation.
