Pamela is deeply passionate about bringing people ‘home to themselves’ through yoga.  Everyone is worthy and deserving of their own time, respect and love. 

Pamela’s goal in teaching yoga is to help people feel at home both in their body and soul.  She  strives to help each student feel safe to express self love through movement. Through her teachings she offers the opportunity to feel grounded, to deeply connect to nature and to fully and completely come alive in the present moment.

Many of the teachings and philosophies of yoga are truly beautiful and show us a way of being in the world that is completely heart centered, balanced and joyful. Taking yoga off the mat and using these teachings to promote a balanced and joyful life is an important part of Pamela’s offerings.
