Lola Rephann

Lola is a Teacher, Guide, and Healer.

For over two decades, Lola Rephann has been leading people toward deeper self-awareness, healing, and personal transformation. A lifelong seeker and teacher, she has dedicated her life to exploring the mind-body-spirit connection through yoga, meditation, somatics, hypnotherapy, breathwork, and other healing modalities.

Lola’s teaching is an invitation to meet your edge—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. She weaves intelligent inquiry into her classes, asking students to explore the layers of their experience: the true self, the conditioned self, and the potential for transformation. Her presence creates a space where people feel safe to be seen, to shed old patterns, and to reclaim the parts of themselves that have been forgotten or ignored.

As the founder of Four Directions School of Yoga, Lola has trained over 100 yoga teachers, blending ancient wisdom with contemporary movement science. She is an e-RYT 500, a certified coach, hypnotherapist, and Reiki Master, and a lifelong student of consciousness. Her influences span from the structured lineage of Sivananda Yoga to the innovative approaches of Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, and functional movement.

Meditation is at the heart of Lola’s teaching. Through her private Facebook group, 21 Day Meditation Experience, she has guided hundreds of people through challenges designed to help them establish and deepen their meditation practice. Whether through yoga, coaching, or subconscious work, she helps students shift limiting beliefs, cultivate inner clarity, and access the deep well of power within.

As Ram Dass said, “We’re all just walking each other home.”

Lola is honored to walk beside you on this journey.

Testimonials

“Lola told us this training would be life-changing and that couldn’t be more true. It was the perfect YTT for me and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an immersive experience. I can’t imagine doing mine any other way. Lola’s knowledge of yoga and alignment is enough to sign-up to study, but starting each day with her morning meditations on the yoga deck at Anamaya adds an element to this training that can’t be put into words or a manual. I left with a deeper love for yoga and new connections for life.” — L. Krahell
