Our weekly retreats run all year long, so when you book your stay with us the FIRST STEP is to choose the week that works best with your schedule. Every week we have different guest yoga teachers from around the world that come to teach at Anamaya bringing their unique talents and energy. Our retreats run from Saturday to Saturday.
The price of your retreat starts with your BASE RATE (which includes your accommodations and meals). Excursions, workshops, and other add-ons you choose to customize your week will be added to your final bill at Anamaya.

This practice of intentional being allows us to remain clear on what is important in our lives while still being able to accomplish a balance of work and home life.
Kimberly Manthey, founder of Dirty Feet Yoga and Wellness has over 20 years of experience. Trained in asana techniques, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, mindfulness, yoga philosophy, Wellness Coaching and Ayurvedic principles, Kimberly’s mission is to bring together the body, mind, and spirit each and every time she crosses your path.
In addition to leading several yoga retreats locally, nationwide, and internationally, she has coached sales teams, lead workshops on stress reduction, yoga and wellness, and coaches individuals to be anchored in the moment and live life to the best of their ability.
Kimberly's Philosophy
Kimberly was first drawn to yoga in 1997 when she was under a tremendous amount of personal and professional stress. Feeling overwhelmed in a high pressure corporate career, newly engaged, and a parent dying, she decided to try yoga for stress relief, but it wasn’t until 1998 that she decided that her calling was to help others by walking the path as both a student and a teacher.
Her mission as a yoga teacher is to help build your confidence to explore the whole range of experiences within your body, your mind, and your spirit. She has a unique style of teaching that breaks down poses so that they are available to beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
Her intention is to create a safe space full of humor, love, and knowledge that allows you to experiment in a way and at a pace that works best for you. Her music, instruction, and storytelling will have you re-energized and looking forward to your next yoga class with her and back at home.
Doshas are the 3 energies that govern the body. Within each of us is a unique blend of the great elements (earth, air, fire, water, and ether). That unique blend is called our prakruti or individual body constitution. Our prakruti is a combination of the three doshas. Knowing what your dosha(s) is, is key to maintaining your health. Once we know what doshas are dominant in us, we know what our balanced state should be.
We will enjoy fun lecture while learning about ourselves, family, and people we love.
We will explore headstand, (both tripod and traditional), forearm stand, and handstand, with variations and challenges along the way! From your fingers to your toes, you will learn how to engage your body properly and safely when building your inversion practice.
***Each of these workshops are 75 minutes long, and cost $45 dollars individually, or $75 for both.
