Retreat Details

Our weekly retreats run all year long, so when you book your stay with us the FIRST STEP is to choose the week that works best with your schedule. Every week we have different guest yoga teachers from around the world that come to teach at Anamaya bringing their unique talents and energy. Our retreats run from Saturday to Saturday. 

The price of your retreat starts with your BASE RATE (which includes your accommodations and meals). Excursions, workshops, and other add-ons you choose to customize your week will be added to your final bill at Anamaya.

Kelly Stiglich inspires her students to tap into their intuition on the mat. She believes there is a point in our lives that we just feel like there must be more. Whether it is to be a different kind of parent, spouse, friend, or to find what our life purpose, our brilliance is. It is the restless sound of our soul trying to wake us up!  Kelly discovered this gentle whisper on her yoga mat. She came to yoga for purely physical reasons.  A leaner, better looking body, but what she got from yoga was so much more than physical. She discovered peace, joy, fear, anger, frustration, love, compassion, tolerance, and complete acceptance.

Kelly is a 500 E- RYT, YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider) and Ayurveda Specialist. She studied classical path of Raja Yoga, which is based on the 8 limbs of Patanjali’s yoga sutras, Ayurveda, and Yin. Kelly brings a greater understanding of why different styles of yoga are so beneficial for everyone’s unique body. She teaches the 200/300-hour Teacher Trainings as well as the Alignment Based Aerial Yoga Teacher Certification. Kelly has led, over 100 workshops,15 retreats, and 25 teacher trainings, statewide, as well as internationally in Costa Rica, and Bali.



Ted Stiglich fell into his yoga journey by taking a teacher training with his wife, Kelly. He wanted to support her on her path.  Ted had no intention of teaching yoga, but that 200-hour teacher training was profound and life changing. He discovered a love for yoga and teaching that took him by surprise. The philosophy along with the physical aspects of yoga, woke him up. Ted is an award-winning bodybuilder and finds the cooling practices of yoga to be the most balancing. Ted teaches Gentle Yoga, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Aerial and Restorative.

Ted Stiglich is a 500 – EYT and Reiki Healer. He studied the classical path of Raja Yoga, which is based on the 8 limbs of Patanjali’s yoga sutras, Ayurveda, and Yin. Ted has assisted and taught in over 100 workshops, 15 retreats, and 25 teacher training courses. Statewide, as well as internationally in Costa Rica, and Bali.



Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “wheel” that is used to describe the spinning energy centers within the body that carry the life force (chi) and affect the wellness of an individual. We know at some level; we are more than just our body. We have emotions and feelings. Chakras are the house of our emotions and feelings broken up into separate disc/wheels of energy. When these energy centers are out of balance it will show up in the body. In this 1.5-hour workshop you’ll learn in great detail about each Chakra and the effects on the body. The best way to learn is to feel it in your body! We will provide a Chakra quiz from the book, Wheels of Life, by Anodea Judith, that will help bring clarity to balances and weaknesses.

This workshop is 90 minutes and the price is $60 (or $100 for both)
